Free Shipping
Regenafin® is proud to offer Free Shipping on all orders within the United States of America. Our knowledgeable shipping team will choose the most cost-effective shipping method based on your order and will process it as quickly as possible. Our free standard shipping option will typically deliver your order within in 3-5 business days. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, US Minor Outlying Islands, the US Virgin Islands, and to our wonderful troops and embassy staff at their APO/FPO/DPO shipping addresses may require additional shipping days. 

International Orders
We offer Free Shipping for all orders to Canada, unless an Express shipping service is selected. You may be responsible to pay applicable import duties and taxes when your order reaches your country. Regenafin® is not liable for any taxes or duties that may apply. We will not collect taxes or duties from you. We cannot guarantee Express Delivery dates and times as they can vary by location. SPECIAL NOTICE: Currently all of our shipping carriers are doing their best to deliver packages on time, but they are not able to guarantee Overnight or 2nd day International delivery due to the pandemic. 

Processing Time
All orders placed by 1pm EST Monday-Friday will be processed and shipped same day and orders placed after 1pm EST will be processed the next available business day. Orders submitted on weekends, holiday weekends, or holidays will be processed and shipped on the next available business day. 

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
When entering your order, please verify that your shipping address is correct before processing your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address due to an error out of our control. If an order is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, you may be responsible for the return shipping and redelivery cost.
If you realize your shipping address is incorrect, please contact our Customer Service Center immediately at 1-800-925-0979 between the hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST Monday through Friday and we will do everything in our power to correct your shipping address. Once an order has shipped, it typically cannot be cancelled or changed and may require return shipping and redelivery.

Signature Required
There is no signature requirement upon delivery for single box orders. We do however require a signature for all orders of two boxes or more, unless you instruct us otherwise. In some delivery areas that have been deemed a higher risk area for lost or stolen packages, all carriers do reserve the right, at their discretion, to require a signature upon delivery.

Second Business Day
If you’d like your order in two business days, please choose our 2nd day shipping option ($35.00) at checkout. All orders must be placed before 1pm EST. Sorry there is no weekend delivery or delivery to PO Boxes. (Street Addresses Only. PO Boxes require shipping via the United States Postal Service). Delivery days and times may vary to locations outside the continental United States and we cannot guarantee Express Delivery times to those regions (American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, US Minor Outlaying Islands and US Virgin Islands). SPECIAL NOTICE: Currently all of our shipping carriers are doing their best to deliver packages on time, but they are not able to guarantee 2nd day delivery due to the pandemic. 

Next Business Day (Overnight)
Want your order the next day? Choose this option at checkout ($75.00) for orders placed Monday through Thursday before 1pm EST and receive your package Tuesday through Friday. Sorry, there is no weekend delivery or delivery to PO Boxes. (Street Addresses Only. PO Boxes require shipping via the United States Postal Service). Delivery days and times may vary to locations outside the continental United States and we cannot guarantee Express Delivery times to those regions (American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, US Minor Outlying Islands and US Virgin Islands). Weather Related Delays
Severe weather, natural disasters, and other uncontrollable events may cause delays for your order delivery. When the delay is due to an act of nature, expedited express shipping refunds are not issued.

Returns
We are happy to accept returns of any unopened and undamaged boxes of Regenafin® purchased from our official website or via phone within 21 days of the purchase date. The box must be in its original condition and unopened. Prior to shipping your order back to us, please contact a customer service team member via email at support@regenafin.com and request a Return Authorization (RA) number. This RA number must be included in the return shipment. Any returned items that are shipped to us without prior authorization will not be accepted. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the return shipping cost. All refunds are issued based on the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
